Change made as requested. Only downside was that I was told it would take 30 minutes to take effect when in fact it was much longer. I wasted time checking whether it had worked when there was no urgency, so I could have just checked later if I had known.

Currently we are very happy with he service we receive, at the start of the year the service was poor but current service has surpassed that and would say now that the service receive is very good. although we think that the response times could be improved.

We have been a customer for a few years and found their staff to be very knowledgeable. When they are having busy periods the response times can be a little slower than we would like in an ideal world but they rarely fail to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently something that was never guaranteed with our old IT support company.
