The support service is always run at the highest possible standard. All issues are resolved with a lot of care. All phone calls and emails are answered very professionally and in extremely good manners. Thank you Akita :)

In the time I've worked at my current job, I've had to liaise with Akita very frequently and have never been disappointed with their service. They have a fantastic team of specialists who are understanding, kind and informative. Their support feels both professional and personal to the company, which makes our own IT department function even more effectively with Akitas help.

Hi I have given them 5 stars but when I first contacted them I was not at all happy, my wife insisted I call as she was certain we had a Yezo bear in our garden so I rang these expecting a Cost and delivery time of a Japanese Akita dog ... wow was I surprised when they said that they were in fact an IT company !!! Luckily for me I also had an IT issue that they sorted in double quick time so although initially unhappy they astonished me with their superb customer experience. Well done and even better if you also sold dogs !!!

As a company we find Akita are quick to respond to requests and the team are helpful and friendly. We consider Akita as our off site IT department and find you and your colleagues always happy to assist with our questions. It makes the day much easier for us to get on with what we do best, in the knowledge that the Akita team will do their bit and keep us informed of progress.

Many times I have called for assistance had been well supported even out of hour calls. 9 out of 10 the issues are resolved, except where there is not team view number/ no internet connection
