“Always easy to talk to someone if needed and get anything sorted. Have worn their boots for years, they are worth every penny they last so well. Started wearing their sandals this year, super comfortable and gorgeous too. Favourite shoe brand ever!”

“I'm not impressed really. The sizes came up too small and the shoes were damaged. I asked for my money back and was offered a gift voucher. I don't want to buy anything from here again. I was told that if I want a refund I have to send the shoes back and pay for the postage and packaging myself. Can't be bothered really but I won't be buying from here again and I'll be telling people not to bother.”
