“I recently ordered a pair of silver metallic cowboy boots. I wasnt sure if they would be comfortable because they are pointy and I have wide feet but I ordered a size bigger but they fit perfect. I loved the look, size, fit and communications to keep me updated on my order.”

“Although I love this brand and all their products I recently didn’t have the best experience with them. It’s really hard to contact this brand for any complaints you have and it took a long time to sort out my complaint. I feel sure that my order wasn’t sent as I was sent a replacement that arrived the next day. My original order was a gift which wasn’t given due to the order taking so long to arrive, a pair of shoes for an event that was missed and I paid for next day delivery. I also asked for a refund which I wasn’t given, instead I was sent a replacement order which I no longer wanted and ultimately returned.”
