“Was sent a faulty pair of shoes on 1st order. Sent back for replacement. Was then refunded instead of replacement and charged £1.99 for returning. Re ordered same shoes as I wasn’t sent replacement. They arrived with the same fault: in fact they are the same exact shoes I returned! Been sent back to me. Which I’m about to return and no doubt charged £1.99 again for the pleasure. Very bad 1st and second experience”

“I have multiple favourite sandals from you and my wish list is just endless but when i received my gifted sandals a few weeks ago I was absolutely over the moon. I received them extremely quickly, in a beautiful box and they were just fab! I did my collab video the same day as received which went down well. The shoes are such great quality and so beautiful. Once I am working full time (I’m currently part time due to be a mum of a 1 year old) I will defiantly be adding more to my collection”
