“Excellent service. Easy to book, very good communication throughout. Driver arrived 15 minutes early, comfortable and efficient ride to the airport. Highly recommended based on our experience.”

“The driver Dragos was absolutely on point. So friendly and very very calm. He kept us informed why he wasn't at Greggs and he sent WhatsApps to inform how long, 5 mins away, entering the terminal in 1 minute etc. He offered to carry out bags and told us to wait when we got to the parking so he could bring the car to us. Super clean well ventilated car and he looked very fresh. Great conversationalist after he dropped off my sister and she and I were no longer chatting. Waited for her to get inside before he drove off. Top bloke. Would definitely ask for him again for future pick ups.”

“Ordered a 8 seater transport and was picked up by a luxury Mercedes car. The reason I prefer an 8 seater is that I am a nervous passenger and prefer a big vehicule. However, Stephan was such a professional, safe driver that I felt comfortable. We would definitely like to have him as a driver again.Thank you.”

“We recently used Airport Pickups London for transportation from Heathrow Airport to North Greenwich, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The driver was absolutely fantastic - professional, courteous, and clearly experienced. The meeting process at Heathrow went incredibly smoothly, which was such a relief after a long flight. Our flight got in earlier than expected, and our driver was able to accommodate the change in pickup time very well, which made what can often be a stressful part of travel completely hassle-free. The journey to North Greenwich was comfortable and efficient. Also, the vehicle was clean and clearly well-maintained. What really stood out was the overall professionalism and reliability of the service. Airport Pickups London clearly takes pride in their work, and it shows in every aspect of the experience. “On the positive side competitive prices, easy booking, phones are answered, comfortable cars, safe drivers, reliable pickup. Only drawbacks 1. No standardized Satnav, one driver got hopelessly lost and the cheap satnav on his phone didn't help. 2. Some drivers arrive 15 minutes after the pickup time to ensure they dont overstay the parking.”

“We used APL for two longer transports prior to our British Isles cruise. One from Heathrow to Bath and one from Southampton back to Heathrow. Both drivers were extremely professional and very prompt and prices were very fair. Will definitely use again when in UK.”
