“Driver was a little early and let us know via phone call which was great. He was very professional, friendly and a good safe driver. Have used Airports Pickup London several times and always had a great experience.”

“Drive was excellent, on time, easy to find our driver. Had a cold drink waiting for us which was so nice when we have a 1.5 hour drive. Drove safely and very polite gentleman.”

“The service was quite good as expected but custom etal went quickly so the 60 minutes scheduled pick up time after landing was a bit too long but clearly customs and checked luggage (we had none) can vary so hard to set properly. Driver was very pleasant and we had a good conversation.”

“Very good service at a reasonable price. Driver was prompt and friendly. I was delayed more than 30 minutes after landing (no sky bridge) so they charged me extra. My advice - don’t say pick-up 30 minutes after landing but put a longer time.”
