“I made a booking for an executive car pick up through Booking.com. The driver was not at arrivals to meet me when I came through (on time) as agreed. He was late and couldn’t park. I had to try and find him in two car parks and eventually did 30 minutes later. The vehicle was incorrect. I paid for an executive car and was informed it would be a BMW 5 Series but this was a people carrier - a different ride all together. So, the service and car I paid for and was expecting was not delivered. All in all a terrible experience that wasn’t cheap. I would not recommend Airport Pickups London - get an Uber!”

“We had communication with our driver even before getting our luggage. We couldn’t find him at arrivals because he had gone to park the car. But he came out and waved us down, then drove us to our hotel with no problems.”
