“Booking process was easy and being able to contact the driver via whatsapp on the day of arrival makes it easier and stress free. The driver was courteous and friendly, and came earlier than the appointed time after seeing that my flight arrived earlier than scheduled. That was nice and as he was already waiting for me when I got to the meeting place. I would have given a 5 star rating had the driver not talked on the phone while driving.”

“The driver Dragos was absolutely on point. So friendly and very very calm. He kept us informed why he wasn't at Greggs and he sent WhatsApps to inform how long, 5 mins away, entering the terminal in 1 minute etc. He offered to carry out bags and told us to wait when we got to the parking so he could bring the car to us. Super clean well ventilated car and he looked very fresh. Great conversationalist after he dropped off my sister and she and I were no longer chatting. Waited for her to get inside before he drove off. Top bloke. Would definitely ask for him again for future pick ups.”

“Ordered a 8 seater transport and was picked up by a luxury Mercedes car. The reason I prefer an 8 seater is that I am a nervous passenger and prefer a big vehicule. However, Stephan was such a professional, safe driver that I felt comfortable. We would definitely like to have him as a driver again.Thank you.”
