“Service was on time. Our driver was courteous and patient. The perfect ride to our hotel! I would recommend this service to my canadian friends and family!! Thank you”

“Booking was easy and the driver was there early and the journey was good. Comment for the company - the estimated time for pick-up is not something within the control of the passenger because it depends on when they can be let through border control and luggage collection. If they have given an estimate based on their previous experience, and now they are late based on circumstances beyond their control, adding an extra 15 GBP is not helpful specially if they are already paying nearly 170. Please develop a more sustainable solution.”

“I have used Airport picks ups a few times now and want to thank them for the fantastic service. The team are super professional when booking up, and if i need to change things or my flight is delayed they manage this as well. This is the best pick up and drop off service i have ever used globally and i travel a lot. The online booking service is great as well as them offering a 24 /7 customer service hotline and they give amazing customer service where i was able to position the driver exactly where i was in the airport. I would like to thank Airport Picks up as always for amazing service and support, keep up the great work! Awesome !!”
