“Taxi arrived at the arranged time. Very helpful, pleasant and courteous driver, who helped with our large heavy suitcases. Spotless vehicle. Also spoke to very helpful staff by phone when we needed to make a change to our bookings. Will definitely use again.”

“Using the APL booking process was straightforward and our driver, Katarina, was personable, friendly, prompt and a considerate and professional driver, firstly picking us up from our home and taking us to Heathrow T5, then to our home from the airport, on our return from travelling. Upon on return, she was waiting at the agreed airport meeting point, holding a name board for us. The vehicle was clean, comfortable and presentable and the fares reasonable. We will be booking Katarina, through Airport Pickups London, in the future.”

“Very easy booking and great communication. They suggested to us an earlier pick-up to be at airport with enough time. They take care about clients. The transfer was excellent and we arrived on time to airport. Certainly, I will book again when I 'll return to London”
