“Airport Pickups London was a fanstastic resource for our recent transfer needs. Prices were very competitive and the customer experience was top notch! For our transfer from Southamption Cruise terminal to Heathrow, our driver offered us cold drinks and snacks, which was totally unexpected, but greatly appreciated. We highly recommend APL and will not hesitate to use their services again in the future.”

“Great driver, excellent service, and a very easy-to-use app. As soon as I landed, the driver called me, and the company also contacted me to confirm that he was waiting at the airport holding a board with my name on it. Everything was smooth and well organized. Highly recommended.”

“Airport Pickups did an outstanding job picking up my wife and I. They tracked our flight like they said they would. Upon arrival I received a call arranging pickup since we landed early. The driver was very professional and nice. His car was clean well maintained and smelled good, we had smooth ride to our hotel. Thank you.”

“Have used their service a couple of times in the past, but had a bad experience recently where they charged 15£ extra for a small cabin bag, even though it fit perfectly fine in the car boot with other bags. This was not mentioned anywhere while booking. Never had such an issue with apps like Uber where I had to pay extra for the luggage based on count and not the size.”
