“I've used this service numerous time without and trouble but when things go wrong they go really wrong. I scheduled an airport transfer for visiting relatives recently. The driver showed up late and groggy and proceeded to get lost on the way to Heathrow. The added drive time caused my family to miss their flight. Airport Pickups London did not take responsibility for this mistake and did not reimburse me for the substantial added expenses. If you're in the business of getting people to the airport you have to get them to the airport or take responsibility - it's as simple as that. Overall this was a very poor experience and I'm not convinced their drivers have been vetted properly.”
