“The driver communicated with us even though our plane was delayed and when we said we were waiting he arrived and took us to the car. The queue for the lifts was so long he suggested we use the stairs as it was only one flight. He carried the suitcase and one heavy carry on which left me the light carry on which wasn’t a problem. We arrived at the hotel and he removed our luggage from the car. Very professional and courteous”
