“Dear sires As always the quality and the service are really gods . Despite of that , we have a problem , the name is Brexit, in my opinion a very bad bussines for both parts .I must pay taxes in UK and in Spain , more than 30 euros of aditional cost , that switch the price in unacceptable . I don´t know if is possible to solve the problem , sugestions : If the items are considered for export shoud be exempts of UK taxes . Explore the possibility to ship the product from other country like Ireland or Gibraltar I´m really apreciate all the products of the regiment , but under the present situation I am considering not purchase any more . “I like the quality of your items, but may I suggest you modernise your returns policy. I wanted to replace a T-shirt for a different size,but there was no returns feature that I could use, apart from enclosing in the parcel the invoice that the item had arrived with, writing a note in it and sending it back to the Airborne Shop via regular Royal Mail post. A bit outdated.”

“Al paar keer iets besteld. De artikelen zijn prima maar verzending maar Nederland is sinds de Brexit een drama. Douane rekend inklaringskosten. De tijd kost bijna ruim acht weken voor gearriveerd is. Ik bestel daarom niet meer in de toekomst. Ook geen track en trace code.”
