“Very disappointed the length of time to receive the goods from ordering. I've still not received them being the fact that I ordered these items due to going the 3 para association gathering in Blackpool tomorrow. I would now like a refund. Never known the likes of it.”

“Did not receive the item and when I reported it I was told to speak to my neighbours and go to my local Royal Mail offices which I did. The item was not with them and neighbours did not have it. I then tried to contact you again and there was an auto message saying you are closed until the new year. Very very poor service after buying items from you for years. I hope to hear from you soon.”

“Shocking quality, bronze statue glued on off centre, I emailed to rectify and was told she would arrange a collection from supplier, that was all, no further info and what would happen next etc, this was a gift I needed in time for Christmas now I’m not so sure I’ll get one that looks decent in time, refuse to buy another so it’s here in time incase it arrives just as shoddy as the last, haven’t received the rest of items as of yet either, spent £165 total on this site, total let down in service considering where I’m ordering from claiming to be the army’s best.”

I'm sorry that your order hasn't yet arrived. Unfortunately the Royal Mail strikes are severely delaying deliveries, this is affecting all businesses who use Royal Mail. “I ordered an item to be delivered by courier as I required the item to give as a christmas present. However the item was not delivered in time. I chased the matter up with airborne shop only to be told that it had been sent to the wrong address. I then offered another address so that the present would arrive in time for christmas however on this occcasion the item was delivered to my home address, this after I had informed airborne shop that I was overseas at that time. Not a good experience, having paid for courier service I have ended up giving a present to a friend 20 days after I ordered it.”

“Ordered my items on the 11th of December got them on the 24th ! Delivery’s are a big issue with these guys. Thanks for ruining my sons birthday on returning from the parachute regiment.. his 2 items were late like every other item I’ve ordered from the airborne shop. No more orders from me . Disappointing!!”
