“Did not receive the item and when I reported it I was told to speak to my neighbours and go to my local Royal Mail offices which I did. The item was not with them and neighbours did not have it. I then tried to contact you again and there was an auto message saying you are closed until the new year. Very very poor service after buying items from you for years. I hope to hear from you soon.”
