“I received the wrong item , but sent it back to you , the lady manning your phone was very nice and said we will sort it out , she did very quickly and because I changed my order to a different coat she sorted it all out , in fact ordered on Tuesday 1st October and arrived 2nd October, great service ,very happy with the new coat and special thanks to your lovely lady on the phone,”

“A great piece of kit, after numerous wash cycles it has kept its shape and colour. The only issue is that the French wings are on the left and not on the right”

“Very satisfied with all the delivered products, sizes etc, as before! For me it’s very special, born in 1961 in Oosterbeek, growing up in Arnhem (Market Garden’44) and grateful for all the British paratroopers who came to liberate Europe, though a lot of young paratroopers unfortunately lost their life for our freedom! So lest we forget!”
