“I have bought several things from the Airbourne shop to make events, such as his 90th Birthday, special for my Dad who was a Para from about 1944 to 1948. We lost him recently, aged 96, and the pens I have just bought are for the guests at a celebration of his life to complete a personalised crossword compiled in his honor! They will look great on the tables!”

“This is a real quality item that has a much-savoured and quality logo beautifully embroidered on it. It brings back memories of a great exchange at Pau and sharing parachuting days with the Foreign Legion. The laughter at my Gunner fellow on exchange parachuting into the lake at Lourdes and him missing the lake, with me shouting at him to steer for it whilst remembering NOT to inflate my life jacket. Our instructor had said, "If you have fear inflate your life jacket once you are in the water". My pal never got that far and his brilliant French did not get any sympathy, nor a lift back to our vehicles in our boat. He was told to walk - and not to forget his dry parachute!!”
