“Arrived in good time, they were a little tarnished so needed a clean with silver polish I contacted customer services who advised me that I could return them for a pair that were polished before sending out as this is what generally happens, seems mine were overlooked but good service overall.”

“My late husband used your shop mostly as he was a Territorial Paratrooper for 5 years. He bought me several things over the years, and seeing items had to travel to New Zealand they arrived safe and sound with no damage to packaging. My 2 grandaughters - 27 and 29 will treasure them as they remember granddad.! The 2 pens are very welcome as they are good to hold.”
