“Airborne Shop were great when i added incorrect shipping instructions to my original order. they sorted out my mistake immediately. The sweatshirt arrived promptly and was everything as expected. Their kit is functional and smart. i use them all the time.”

“I like the quality of your items, but may I suggest you modernise your returns policy. I wanted to replace a T-shirt for a different size,but there was no returns feature that I could use, apart from enclosing in the parcel the invoice that the item had arrived with, writing a note in it and sending it back to the Airborne Shop via regular Royal Mail post. A bit outdated.”
