Writing a Review from the USA, this was Heavily advertised on Instagram and I got one of a friend who is unable to make it to my bachelorette party. I ordered on 07/21/2023 and payment was immediately withdrawn from my account. On 08/03/2023 I got an email asking how I liked my order and to leave a review. .. well I don't have my order, there is no tracking information and today is business day 13 since I ordered it. Not very satisfied so far and based on other reviews (one person saying it took 7 weeks to receive theirs) I have a feeling I'm going to be looking at returning this thing or just wasting my $42.00, but maybe it will show up in the next two weeks before my trip so I have an actual use for it.

Disappointed within 2 minutes of the bride to be receiving her inflatable air bod it was defective with the seams separated in several patches and causes the item to deflate. Really annoying as it was not cheap and basically wasn’t able to be used from then onward.

We would like to do an exchange, as it came defective. After two days after inflating, a hole appeared and now the figure is completely deflated

My child desiged one, the customer services emailed me saying the image was too blurry, so I sent a new image and asked for a slight amendment too, and even though they told me it was too blurry, it came in the post the next day with the blurry image. Every customer service encounter now seems like someone new and it takes days and days to get a reply and when I do it doesnt follow on from anything that has been discussed peviously. I dont know if this will ever be resolved...

Received with a hole in so wasn’t able to use! Didn’t realise until we were in Portugal on the hen do. Poorly made!

Hi, my Air Bod came with a hole so when i blow it up it just deflates. Is there any chance i could get a refund or send me another one? Very poor.

As much as we loved the idea of this, we were really disappointed that the seam had a split in it so we couldn’t blow it up and it was too late to send it back a get another as we needed it for a birthday. The shiny fabric meant that tape wouldn’t work either. Such a shame

Bis heute ist die Bestellung nicht eingegangen. Auf Kontaktanfragen wurde nicht eingegangen. Das Geld ist mittlerweile per Paypal Käuferschutz zurückgefordert.
