Ordered an item on Friday, for next business day delivery and expected it to arrive on Monday. I was delighted to see that DPD were excelling themselves and delivered the item on Saturday. However, my delight was short lived when upon opening the parcel I discovered the goods inside were for someone else. Alas, the label for my item had been put on the wrong parcel. AC One did respond quickly, on Monday morning and arranged pick-up of the parcel for the Tuesday. Was picked up, as arranged, BUT, as of Wednesday evening, I'm still waiting for my parcel. Perhaps on Thursday?
