“I placed an order on 12th of june after 9pm, paid £9 for next day delivery but didnt receive any email confirmation. So i called the following day to enquire about this and was told that since the order was placed after 9pm, it will now be sent on monday. I have an option to cancel the order and get it delivered on saturday if i pay £14.99 for saturday delivery. Your colleague also mentioned that i will get the money instantly following the cancellation of order then i can place an order for saturday. I didnt receive the refund till monday then i placed an order on monday again for tuesday delivery. Please train your colleagues on how the refund process works. Customers will not get their money straightaway.”

“Quick delivery and reasonably priced ....had to call to check the bottle of evaporative disinfectant because it wasn't the usual yellow label with QX60 on it but was assured its just different packaging ....I'm not sure Done my AC for another year”
