“Paid for saturday delivery however did not receive item until Tuesday. Nowhere on the website did it state that order had to be placed before a certain time. When i called to query the order on the Monday, the lady i spoke to was rude and dismissive of our concern regarding our missing parcel.”

“I needed a vent to resolve a particular problem. I came across AC One, who had the type of vent I was looking for. Not only that, but it came in a range of sizes, meaning I could select the closest fit. It arrived, well packaged and in good order. The vent fitted perfectly, without any adjustments. Job well done 👍”
