Established in 1924 in Lincolnshire, we have been a trusted name in the industry for nearly a century. “Was initially dissatisfied with the service received, I had been charged for parts I had ordered, but not received. I sent an email, and although it was beyond your 3 day complaint limit, the problem was dealt with at your end, the same day. The next day the missing parts arrived by DPD, this was followed up by a call the next day to check that parts had arrived. Many thanks for a speedy and attentive resolution to the shortfall.”
