“Poor Communication on delivery time was not made aware that you were buying through a third-party and when I phoned and asked for a delivery time is told don't know but you already had my money so it's too late to go back.”

With multiple depots, some despatches can be sent direct, and thus delivery ETA can take time to acquire.
