“Unfortunately, even though I scheduled a TEAMS meeting when I tried to run it the meeting was not attended by anyone from aFinancial. Instead, I received a voicemail asking me to call aFinancial. If aFinancial can't organise a teams call then what hope have they to organise something important like a mortgage ? So much for customer service. I allocated time from my working day but this was not respected.”

Hi Kashif, I am sorry to hear you got caught up in the confusion around a new system for us and our team. Traditionally we work by telephone but recently added teams as an option. These kinks have been worked and I can assure you if had given us a chance to speak with you on the phone, you would have been very happy with the service as all our actual clients are.
