Unfortunately, even though I scheduled a TEAMS meeting when I tried to run it the meeting was not attended by anyone from aFinancial. Instead, I received a voicemail asking me to call aFinancial. If aFinancial can't organise a teams call then what hope have they to organise something important like a mortgage ? So much for customer service. I allocated time from my working day but this was not respected.
