“Some negatives feedback on here so thought my own experiences deserved comment. I Changed my car last week with only two weeks before renewal, have changed my job, and had two number plate changes, all at the same time so complicated to say the least, with fees the cost was a bit high. However, they took off their own commission £30 to help so the cost was at least fair. Actually they never charge when you move your private plates which seems fair as some work for them. They have also insured some fairly modified stuff when no one else would keeping me on the road for a fair cost. Anyway although been a customer for over twenty years on and off I wasn't going to renew as got an'introductory price'from another insurer that was cheaper. When I mentioned this they did price match pretty closely and also increased my mileage allowance and some other changes as well free. Nice helpful people on the phone often quite patient when like me often change cars and make policy amendments. In fact never had an unhelpful person ever. They once made a mistake admitted it and resolved very quickly on a price on renewal really only issue. Therefore, my experience over the years has also been good and to be fair some of the big insurers have very much worse customer service as my wife found out a few years back. Axa took four years to rectify a non fault accident claim whist charging astronomical renewals every year. No one was accountable over it. Therefore, I think at least Adrian Flux you can get hold of someone who will sort things out one way or another.”

“Just went to renew my camper insurance and the price has doubled, staff on end of telephone couldnt explain why, no supervisor to speak to, then transfered to another number that asked me to redial the first number I called .... poor customer service and won't be renewing policy.”

“All conversations with help desk easy. All questions answered. Not the cheapest but very helpful. The agreed valuation was a little hard to get as the photo,s need to be exactly correct (my fault). Would recommend.”

“Adrian Flux is an insurance broker supplying competitive, cheaper prices than most internet insurance providers, good customer telephone helpline, many 'bolt on' extras included with the initial quote using class leading car insurance companies, other insurance providers should be 'worried' by this companies business model”

“Excellent customer service. We were having some problems insuring a new motorhome due to an ongoing unsettled claim with our other insurance company. The customer service representative was very helpful, tried several ways of getting us the best price and solved the problem we were having and also found us a quote much much lower than we were expecting. Would definitely recommend their service.”

“After obtaining quotes from a number of other providers, I discussed my car insurance renewal with two people at Adrian Flux (Chris Poynter and Shannon Wood I think). The last price offered to me (by Chris??) beat all other provider quotations. Each person I spoke to, explained everything in detail (including the excess) calmly and patiently. Time was not a factor and any concerns/questions that I had/asked were dealt with very professionally. They both made me feel that I was a valued customer and not just "another sale".”

“everything about Adrian flux is spot on EXCEPT the fact that whenever I renew I start to get bogus calls on my mobile phone, probably about when my car was hit but I was not in it at the time, which is very annoying. to the extent that I may never use Adrian flux again. one of the workers at FLUX said this was nothing to do with them but I know that it is because my number is not given to anyone else. Why you have to have my mobile number is beyond me as I have never been rang by flux in all the years I have been using you. So either I give a false number next year or I will stop using Flux.”

“Fortunately, while I have not had the opportunity to make a formal claim against my Classic Car Insurance Policy, I can certainly recommend the experience of gaining a very competitive quote to suit your needs. I have owned a classic car for 8 years now and Adrian Flux have looked after my interests very well indeed with the minimum of fuss upon the initial application stage and indeed at every renewal date.
