“There was couple of delay with the item but I was expecting it due to the current situation. The only thing is the water table came in it’s original box without any foil or anything to cover the picture. My girls were both outside when it arrived and it meant to be bday present for one of them but save years I had to open it right away. The water table is very sturdy and was very easy and quick to put together. The only thing the water slide bit isn’t fixed so keep falling wile they play but they don’t mind at all. Girls are Delighted with it.”

“I’m really pleased with this climbing frame. I have a 12 year old, 9 year old and 2 year old and really wasn’t sure what to get without spending too much. We have an odd size garden too, with lots of different spaces. It’s a good size, height wise just over six ft. Essentially, it’s certainly big enough for my 9 year old and not too big for my two year old, she was straight up the climbing wall but she is slightly mad. Good sized slide on it. I ordered this when ‘stock was due’, I think it was due to be ordered on 22nd May but had actually arrived before that date. It arrived neatly packaged, nothing broken. None of the components were missing and wood etc in good condition, so no complaints there. The instructions are really easy to understand. We set everything else out beforehand and all the wood pieces are numbered which makes it easier. I also wrote with marker pen the screw sizes on the packets. You need an electric screwdriver, spanner, electric drill, mallet, Philips head...think that was it. We had electric screwdrivers...would not make anything like this without one! I’m not sure how long it took us. Probably around 4 - 5 hours but we weren’t rushing, had lunch etc. I added some bunting, carpet in the hideout bit, captains wheel, phone and hand grips for my littlest. To be honest, I think you could build onto this. My middle one has slept in a tent in the den bit for the past two nights! All in all this seems good buy for us, It doesn’t take up too much space but is a decent size. So far... appears a good, well made product and arrived promptly with everything required. 👍🏼”

“Very happy customer! We bought the climbing frame as had been wanting it for a while and saw it go on sale with Activity Toys Direct. Having never heard of this company I was dubious that it may be an internet scam given the great price, and so I searched the internet for reviews and found nothing but great reviews, so I ordered it. It was actually on pre-order as they weren’t expecting it to be in stock until the following Friday, so it was to my surprise that it arrived on the Thursday before. I was very pleased as had been anticipating taking a long while especially during covid19 lockdown. The climbing frame itself is great. As with most Plum products, the instructions are nice and clear and everything is labelled well to make construction easy. It took me and my husband around 4 hours to put up. The only thing I would say is that if not using a power tool to put together it may take you a lot longer. It’s also very sturdy which is reassuring. I now have two very happy sons who are entertained by it from start to finish of the day! I wholeheartedly recommend this product and also this company.”
