“The item arrived on the day it was expected. I can’t comment on the toy yet as it is a Christmas present, but very happy with the service.”

“Service was great but box arrived badly split and had been taped up by delivery firm who advised me that it was delivered to them in that state. They had taped it up and I was advised by delivery man to check that contents were all there.”

“Easy to use website and delivery prompt as advertised. Excellent service. With regard to the product, the garden swing is a Christmas gift and it may be Spring before it is erected and in use. It does, nevertheless, appear to be made up of solid components. I would not hesitate to use Activity Toys Direct again and indeed, to recommend them to friends and family”

“Order was delivered on time. All parts came at once and were conveniently left in the safe place as requested. The Plum Discovery Woodland Treehouse is absolutely amazing! It was super easy to put together and my husband on his own achieved it in well under stated 4 hours. Some of the wood is rough but I think this is just the type of finish and I couldn't expect more. Overall it looks very sturdy and will last our kids years! We will be doing some small modifications i.e. adding climbing grips on the ramp, some mesh around the platform, shade, sandpit at the bottom etc- the layout of this playset allows for so much customisation! We're wrapping the slide and accessories to go under the Christmas tree and can't wait to let the little people explore it!!!”

“Thank you for your prompt attention to my order. As specified it was delivered the very next day, in plenty of time for Christmas and I am sure my grandson will not be disappointed when his dad has put the climbing frame together. The only fault I found was that the box itself was damaged, although this has now in any way damaged the goods and all the parts were still intact and in the box.”

“Essential to another address as requested, no problem. Arrived on time. Would suggest th package size be incorporated in info for swing I ordered as this is a Christmas gift and has to be stored till then.”
