The worst insurer for a young driver with a black box! No way of tracking miles apart from calling them which will require you to wait on hold for an hour. Don’t carry miles over, also spread your miles per month so don’t plan any long trips one month cause you’ll go over your miles and get fined. Also got hit by another driver, the other insurance company took months to pay out because of a form my insurance forgot to send over. The customer service is just shocking! I’ve never dealt with a company this bad! The icing on the cake is when sent all the details about a renewal (which I definitely won’t be taking up) in the statement of facts it says I have claimed on my insurance and that the accident was my fault! Avoid at all costs!

Awful, I have been trying to speak to someone for over a week about my sons renewal, I have been promised 2 call backs and neither have happened. No way of cancelling online that I can see

Terms of the policy are well explained. Sales representative patient and understanding. Took her time to explain everything.

useless communication on email and phone, we have to pull out every piece of information , no straightforward talking 🤷‍♀️ sent us million documents still no info about whats urgent and most important 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Did not understand fully before the insurance was bought because the woman on the phone did not let me ask questions and was speaking too fast. Now I am stuck with a black box I did not want

I agreed to continue with my renewal offer. realised my payment had not been requested from my account and realised my insurance was not renewed and I have drove for 10 days uninsured which could have cost me my career if I was stopped by the police and recieved points on my licence.
