“Never responded to any emails I sent regarding my purchase especially as I had mistakenly paid for it twice. When I finally contacted them by phone my order had been put on hold with no explanation and I had to ask for the 652.00 to be sent back to me. Both females I spoke to separately were not bothered and their phone etiquette not what I expected from sales. I only wish now I’d purchased from another company. Terrible. Order still not received”

“I don’t have a problem with you but it took 2 weeks to get a v5c from Swansea this is disgraceful. Without it I could not proceed just today got permission to display thank you . I had to o pay dvka £80 and 80 to yourselves that is so wrong Mervyn Herron”
