“Ordered plates for my car and hadn’t received them after 11 days was unable to use my car as the new plates had already been registered and the time frame to put them on was up. I emailed got no response after 2 days so I rang and the lady on the phone couldn’t find my tracking details said she would ring me back in an hours with more information and never did. Massive inconvenience for me as I’m not able to use my car and it’s now illegal to drive as it has the wrong plates on”

“I bought a reg and they just put me as nominee to use that reg while they still own the reg. i rang them and they told its our policy and we can't transfer it on your name and address which is not right. You have to transfer the full rights to the person who bought it. You have your own selfmade rules. I am not satisfied with this company.”

“a massive choice of plates to pick from and they make it realy easy to filter through to find the plates that would be of interest. The whole process was made really easy, as they do it al for you. It was also a very quick process. All i had to do was pick a number i wanted, pay the bill and tell my insurance company when the transfer was done. perfect”
