“A**** I purchased my reg online and it didn’t matter that I didn’t physically speak to anyone through any part of the process. I was kept informed by email every step of the way. I opted to pay the small extra for Absolute Reg to handle the whole transfer and paperwork and also paid for new plates with them too. Within a week I had new plates delivered and confirmation I could legally put them on my vehicle. New replacement logbook came through quickly too!! Would highly recommend”

“Tried to assign a plate I bought from ABSOLUTE REG Online with DVLA, to find out that I had to contact DVLA during certain hours. I was onhold an hour only to find out that they couldn't assign it for some reason. Got told to call where I bought it from. So I called the company and ABSOLUTE REG said it had only one assignment and I had to send to to DVLA to sort out. 4 weeks later still not assigned. I've no log book now, no private plate paperwork, and a car stood with no tax until I get all the paperwork back. I've had private plates before and never had any issues with the change over. WONT USE EVER AGAIN.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎”
