“I have purchased two personalised registration plates so far from Absolute Reg, and both times have been straight forward and simple. I have been extremely happy with the service and both registration plates, the transfer was completed by Absolute Reg on my first and the second was placed on a retention certificate as it was a gift. Both times couldn't have been easier. Highly recommended.”

“Bought a week ago day 5 received my plates just waiting on my V5 to come back but the car has been registered new plates with dvla already , told wait 5 days for dvla system to update get a text to say legally you can now put plates on car bought this for my daughter for Xmas fast service very easy process they do it all for you”

“Very poor communication, purchased plate towards the end of september, no further information was given so at the end of october i called for an uodate and got told these things take time....... utter rubbish i bought a dozen plates in my lifetime and never waited more thann 4 weeks.....so 2 weeks later i called for an update was told they would call me back ....never did....... 2 weeks after that i called them and gave them an ulitamtum either get my retention certificate to me within the week or cancel the sale and i will claim on my credit card..........3 days later i received retention ceetificate......... terrible customer service, terrible communication. So be aware according to this company it can take 10 weeks to get your plate or cwrtificate.....”
