“Ordered a reg, a couple of weeks later I asked when I would receive it was told to wait another month then 6 weeks had passed and still nothing so I asked again and was told I couldn’t buy that reg any longer cause they didn’t have the paper work! Was never communicated any of this and if I hadn’t kept chasing them would probably have been left in the dark…. Not good customer service at all.”
