“Easy to deal with, received the retention documents quickly, just felt there was a bit too much emphasis from the company, pushing you to agree to get them to sort out registering your plate on a vehicle for £35, when you can do it yourself in minutes for free online with DVLA”

“Was happy with my purchase but could have been a bit more informative on how the process works. Did have to call them several times to find out what was going on as was worried that they had taken my money but wasn’t very helpful. I believe they could have done a lot better with dealing with my concerns. To be honest I would not buy from them again in the future.”

“I saw a lot of reviews stating it only takes a couple of days from purchase to receive the registration, however despite paying the £40 express transfer fee it took over a week. This company also encourage private plate sellers not to increase the price of the plate after it’s been purchased by the customer, this exact issue happened to me from Swift reg on this exact plate. I called Absolute and he spoke with the seller direct, then offered me the plate at the listed price. Overall a great site and responsive customer service, I would recommend and will use again.”

“Easy to find multiple plates that fit your name! There is a good amount of choice for style of plates. All is transferred and sent out within a week, i had my plates about 5 days after i ordered them and the updated logbook was received in about 14 days after purchase”

“The whole process was really easy to do with step by step communication as to time scales and when the new plate would be transferred to my car. I would recommend Absolute Reg to anyone for a seamless sale”

“I could imagine that 99% of the time it would be a 5* service. But the phone lines were down for a few days of the week I purchased my plate and this lead me to not knowing something I wanted to know before purchasing. Otherwise the plates arrived very quickly. The email confirming the change came on the same day so I was able to get them applied very quick. Very happy with quality too. Just a shame about the phone lines”
