“Quick postage. Lack of the process explained but easy to get to customer service. Also £39 to transfer the reg number is a bit on an expensive side for something anyone can easily do online themselves in 5 mins.”

“Nice clean plates, very easy to install and register. Arrived and registered very quick. The sticky pad made the plate come loose so I had to buy screws and caps myself.”

“Good looking reg plate. I had to pay twice as 1st out of align, then sent a replacement and still misaligned . Then had to pay again but this time aligned correctly”

“Reliable service, DVLA procedure handled quickly and efficiently. Happy overall.. I feel like the 3d plate ordered could have been designed better, I wanted plain plates these have absolute reg written on them and the 3d ain’t so sharp as expected.”

“Found the service quick and my new Private plate was arranged and transfered across within 7days which was great, the new set of plates which came free of charge as part of a promotion soon arrived within 3 days. Over all the service was quick and no problems. So thank you for a easy quick service. But I do have to give a negative too So as a new person to all this private plate change it would of been nice if a person from Absolute Reg had of contacted me and just explain what will happen and see if I had any questions and it would of been nice if some one could of phoned me to just inform the customer the transfer and been done and explain the stages and what you need to do, like a check list or email out a check list, instead of just getting a email stating job done you have 7 days to fit ur new plates, Not everyone checks there emails daily or weekly. Hence only 4 stars as I feel there is lack of human contact from phurchase to end point and there is no support for questions. Absolute Reg take note as customer service is key and this where you guys are lacking on, poor human contact.”
