“I was surprised how easy Absolute Reg made it to buy number plates as a gift for my partner. He will have them for Christmas. All instructions and information on owning private plates has been provided. They came through well mafde and well packed”

“I followed the instructions given to me by one of their tele sales ops. I sent an accompanying letter stating that I wanted the new reg to become effective from my daughters birthday. I had an email stating that the new reg would be effective within the next 7 days, which is about a month too early. When I spoke to the director, Jake, He claimed that they hadn't received the letter, yet they'd recieved the check sheet and the V5. He tried to put the onus on me, saying that I must have failed to put the letter in the envelope. Which is rubbish because, I categorically, made certain that it was folded into the V5C together with the check sheet. Would I trust them enough to purchase another personal plate? ABSOLUTELY NOT!”
