“I was happy with my purchase , but not with the communication, I ordered products on mon 20th may , I was told I'd receive an email with breakdown of payments, money was taken from my account on tues 21st may, rang to say hadn't received any emails, was told ring back on the weds if not received by then, I left it till fri 24th and the assistant sent it through, but looking at the email it said I'd purchased the products that day ? So I then had to wait until later on into the following week for them to be delivered, then wait again for certificate, so it took nearly 2 weeks from start to finish, in the meantime I rang and spoke to a female assistant who argued with me that I'd not ordered them till the 24th may but I 100% hadn't , as I said how could you have taken my £325 payment from me on the 21st ? , but as I said I'm pleased with my new plates , an apology wouldn't go amiss to be honest”
