“The worst experience I had with a merchant ever. The service is pathetic and no ownership to help customers. I tried to correct a mistake immediately after placing the order but they demanded £75.00 for amendment and the explanation was that the order was processed already. Now Im still waiting for the letter after calling multiple times but no luck yet.. I will have to file a complaint against this merchant now.”
