“Where to start Jake. Purchase of numberplate hasn't gone as stated on your website. Even before this I was told 21 working days. I had to contact again after 6 weeks and 30 working days had passed. 10 year Certificate in my name promised in FAQ Certificate in "Elite Registrations" name and valid for under 18 months was supplied. Jake continually trying to shift blame and responsibility. Quoting that T&C takes precedence over anything else on the website, that's all well and good, but the T&C aren't actually available at point of confirming sale (as such making it an unfair contract and unenforceable) but it gets even better .there is nothing in the T&C that conflicts with the FAQ, Jake clearly thought mentioning t&c would make me fold. Good job one of us has knowledge and experience of how contacts and consumer rights work (it isn't Jake) When he very reluctantly offers to only partially resolve the issue and expects ME to pay postage for THEIR issue (again not how it works Jake) Due to the contract that was entered into Jake has now got almost a year and a half before he can fully fulfil the sale. If he doesn't do so and due to that I lose the right to the numberplate purchased I will be demanding a full refund (and go through small claims court if necessary to do so) I bring this up only a fraction of this on your Facebook page and immediately get blocked, why would that be? Maybe that's why you have good review scores, you block anyone who doesn't give you 5 stars”

“Quick and easy process. Placed order Sunday evening and recieved new plates Wednesday. Then got email DVLA updated on Thursday. Can't argue with the speed of that plus how clear and simple it all was. Super happy with my new reg.”

“Ordered and paid for my new plates 5 weeks ago and still no plates. You would think if you spent a load of money, the least absolute could do is send the documents first class instead of the carrier pigeon. The online experience was good, but the delivery service is very poor”
