“Mostly went smooth at the start. Got reg and everything in less than a week. However, we ran into a problem with the merchant at the end regarding the service they offer on the phone "transfer while you wait on the phone" Please don't use it, you can do this online via the DVLA website and immediately can use the reg. Instead of them being straightforward and giving customers instructions on how to do it, they try to charge you £47.99 for something that can be done for free on the DVLA website. Besides that issue, everything else was good. Would mostly recommend them, but just stay away from their "extra service". They only show you this on a leaflet.”

“The process of buying a new reg and assigning it to my car was all handled by Absolute Reg and the price was good. My only frustration was that it took longer than necessary. I already had a private reg on my car but didn't realize that I needed to remove that one, and reassign the original standard reg, before I could assign the new private reg. I eventually researched and did this myself. The change happened in just a few days...”
