“Paperwork arrived promptly but had to chase up the plates.No instructions for fitting them. Don't know whether to remove old ones and use sticky pads supplied or drill holes. Unfortunately, fixings on my car do not match colour of new plates. Will be happy once I get them on the car.”

“The transaction was good. The reason for the 4 star it took 1 week to get the retention document. I’ve used previous companies and they email the retention number same day so you can complete the transfer online..”

“Straight forward but when I needed confirmation of my V5 for my caravan plate, I emailed for DVLA confirmation number, I am still waiting for a reply, even after I phoned to say I needed it (and that was 3 or 4 days) before I had to leave.”
