“I purchased a private registration plate from you at the beginning of February. On 10th February, I received an email confirming that I could assign the new registration to my vehicle. However, on 21st April, I received a letter from the DVLA stating that my bike is not insured. After looking into this, I discovered that my vehicle details had not been updated to the new registration as expected. This means that for the past couple of months I have unknowingly been riding with incorrect number plates, with no valid tax linked to those plates, while my insurance was registered under the new number instead of the original one. I should have remained on the old registration until the change was fully completed. I have now been advised that I need to wait at least 48 hours before this can be resolved, which leaves me unable to legally ride my bike—even to get it home. This situation is extremely frustrating and inconvenient, and I would like an explanation as to how this error occurred, as well as urgent assistance in resolving it.”

“Buying the reg was straight forward plates made and transferred to vehicle. Only issue was the fixing pads which were very thin, so wouldn't stick from plate on. Had to buy thicker ones is the only issue or would be 5 stars.”
