“Not too happy. Payed the 80£ dvla fee but the certificate didn't came in my name , despite stating it will. They didn't even bothered to change the name and pocketed the 80£ fee,forcing me to assign the plates that day so i could buy the phisical plates. The problem is , i couldn't order the phisical number plates as the name on the certificate and the adress , was not mine so i had to first assign them. 5 days later still have my old plates and by miracle i wasn't stopped by the police so far. Hopefully they will come today. This process stressed me out so much and I'm still stressed, as my kid has a dental appointment today , and if my plates don't come by 16pm , I'll again have to drive with my old ones. I didn't bought the plates from them as they are double the normal price. They should had sent the certificate on my name so i could first buy the plates myself, then assign them on , after i had the actual plates. However that was not possible because it arrived with the last owners name and address.”
