“From the first type to look my personal reg to the phone call to register my reg service was brilliant. Emails throughout the process for the short 3/4 days letting me know every detail. There 1st class a brilliant team”

“Very poor communication, purchased plate towards the end of september, no further information was given so at the end of october i called for an uodate and got told these things take time....... utter rubbish i bought a dozen plates in my lifetime and never waited more thann 4 weeks.....so 2 weeks later i called for an update was told they would call me back ....never did....... 2 weeks after that i called them and gave them an ulitamtum either get my retention certificate to me within the week or cancel the sale and i will claim on my credit card..........3 days later i received retention ceetificate......... terrible customer service, terrible communication. So be aware according to this company it can take 10 weeks to get your plate or cwrtificate.....”
