“The labels I'd ordered were not in stock and a member of customer services contacted me straight away to let me know. I decided to stick to the original sized labels and they were still delivered within a few days. The packaging was probably a little OTT but other than that, 5*.”

The material you ordered was out of stock and an alternate material was offered after the order being placed but we couldn’t proceed due to lack of response and had to proceed with the original material once it was back in stock after a month .
